Penny Acres is a 2-bedroom suite that sleeps 3 and is located in the lower level of a private home surrounded by 23 wooded acres. Amenities include your private patio entrance, high-speed Internet, satelliteTV, complete kitchen, tile bath/with shower, safe, off-street parking, cleaning and linen service.

Check out the Lewis Grizzard Museum in Moreland, which memorializes the famous humorist, syndicated newspaper columnist and author. Eat at the famous Sprayberrys Barbecue. Sprayberrys is also where presidents, governors and famous people have eaten and even worked! Lewis Grizzard declared it merely the best barbecue joint on earth. Country music star, Alan Jackson, who grew up nearby, waited tables at Sprayberrys during high school and will still stop in when he is back home. The Little Mans Erskine Caldwell Museum, in Moreland, provides memorabilia for another famous writer from this area.
As you exit Newnan to the south, be sure to take the Smokey Road Scenic Drive and view the beautiful farm country and estates that make up this scenic area of Georgia. Also take time to visit the Dunaway Gardens, a 25-acre floral rock garden in Roscoe, that has been featured in Southern Living Magazine.
Further south, visit Calloway Gardens. There you can golf, fish, enjoy the man-made beach and much more. If here in the spring, the azaleas will blow you away.
Also south, is the City of Grantville. Grantville was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1991. It has two intact train stations and two mill villages. If you are a fan of the Walking Dead series, you can visit Morgans Apartment on Main Street.
