We have been waiting for the pool to be fixed for over a year and they still haven't been able to fix it. The gym hasn't been working for the same amount of time. The problem with cats persists in the hallways of the blocks. They implemented parking assignments but the assigned spaces are not respected. I have never been able to use the assigned space because there is always a different car at any time of the day.
