The renter will have access to the coin laundry onsite which is just across from the house in the main property's storage building. The lawn is taken care of so not cutting grass. We encourage anyone to plant flowers and beautify their own unit, but the main grounds are cared for. This home is located on N Florida Avenue just North of Fletcher which is just off of Interstate 275. The home is on a well water. It is serviced each month with a very large filtration system.

Resident Benefits package: Most properties in our portfolio include several benefits for example; HVAC filters delivered each month to the door (all you have to do is install them), renters insurance for the tenants on the lease.. Some owners include this in the rent, and other owners offer it for an additional fee. When reviewing and signing the lease it will be noted if the Resident Package is included. If it’s not included you may at your choice opt in for a nominal fee.

Tenants will pay an admin fee of $300 at the start of their lease which helps cover the cost of the lease drafting fee, move-in orientation and lock changing service.

The holding fee is one month’s rent, which takes the property off-market securing it once you are approved.
