Verified residentReview source: verified residentWell I did my walk through of the apartment and sign off on the paperwork on what needed to be done and it hasn't been done Dishwasher still broken Shower head broken in second bedroom and also no ceiling fan in 2nd bedroom I even offered to buy a ceiling fan and have if professional installed but has not received a answer on that because now since I have signed the lease and funds have been paid I feel that my request means nothing, I am trying not to be a bother but I am paying monthly for something that I can't even use my child has no light in his room even tho I can buy lamps but if the ceiling fan was in there I wouldn't have too that's my biggest complaint you put in a maintenance request and it doesn't get done but if your late on rent then the apartment want to file eviction.
