The building boasts a hidden internal courtyard with an in-ground pool, large deck, and has an on-site coin-operated laundry for your convenience. Parking is not reserved - there is an off-street parking lot for residents on the north side of the building, and there is plenty of available on-street parking as well. The property is just a few minutes' drive south of Young Circle and all the activities and free events that are scheduled throughout the year. There are numerous nearby food options available, ranging from fast food to fine dining, and the property is also a short drive to a major grocery store chain. The proximity to US-1 gives you quick and easy access to the Airport, Hospitals, I-95, and Port Everglades.

We have a limit of four people in a 2-bedroom apartment, and anyone over the age of 18 must fill out an application and go through the approval process. Small pets (25lbs or less) are allowed - maximum of two pets per apartment, dog breed restrictions are enforced, and there is a 1-time pet fee (per pet) that is additional and due at lease signing.
