Renters love it here
The Arbor’s are a very nice complex. The location is great next to Costco, Target, Publix’s, and many other stores and restaurants. Nice pools, gym. What I like the most is Management, and maintenance.
We have had to contact the office after putting in maintenance requests through the apps, for sometimes weeks after submission. Management does not always respond in a timely manner, either, making it difficult and frustrating. The grounds are beautiful and usually maintained well, the water view is beautiful and lots of walking space for the dog. The townhouses are very nice, I can't speak for the apartments however, I've heard that they're much older than the townhouses. Could still use some updated fixtures like a spray sink in the kitchen, smart devices for thermostat and door lock. We replaced both of these and will replace with the old ones when we move out. We are allowed to paint, as long as we reprime before we go to make it a more personal space. And lastly, a lot of street lamps throughout the complex are broken, or flicker and should be fixed. Overall not a bad experience. The pools are great. The gym gets very hot during the day, but says they are working on the AC. The price is a bit high, you pay rent for the washer and dryer which I don't think is right. So the utilities that are "included" are also a little high.
