This is the second largest bedroom in a 4 bedroom house. The 3 other tenants are in their 20's and early 30's. Generally we reach out to them to give the house tours themselves, so that they may screen potential roommates. To be clear, this is a 'roommate situation.' Four people sharing one big house. You of course get your own bedroom, but the rest of the space is shared. 1254 Half Street is a four bedroom, 1 and ½ bath house that's on the edge of Washington DC's Southwest quadrant. The vacant room is downstairs and is closest to the kitchen and half bathroom/laundry. Utilities are shared and include electricity, water, gas, and internet. The three current tenants work on Capitol Hill, for a government contractor, and for a federal agency, respectively. They're sure to ask about your feelings on maintaining clean common spaces and your favorite cheap beer, so be prepared.
