Great for kids and/or your dog. Blackberry and raspberry bushes abound. We are 25 minutes from R.I. and CT public beaches and the trails at Groton Point; 20 minutes from New London where you can catch the ferry to Block Island & Shelter Island or fetch friends who train in to visit; 25 minutes to Mystic & Stonington fresh seafood restaurants; and Mohegan Sun casino is less than 15 minutes away. Organic food available locally. Driveway accommodates several cars easily. Three bedrooms with queen-sized beds. One and a half bathrooms, updated. Fresh linens provided. Fully functional kitchen with dishes, glasses, flatware, serving platters, French press and coffee grinder - sorry no dishwasher. Washer and dryer in the house. Owner is off site-- the house key is left in the key box prior rental start date -- but readily available by phone or e-mail. Required a $500 security deposit for rentals 2-14 days; $1000 for 8-30 days. A minimum of 2 days rental required. Open to longer term rentals.
