The median rent in Superior fell by 4.6% over the course of October, and has now decreased by a total of 4.9% over the past 12 months. Superior’s rent growth over the past year has is similar to the state average (-5.2%) but has fallen below the national average (-0.9%).
Ten months into the year, rents in Superior have risen 1.9%. This is a slower rate of growth compared to what the city was experiencing at this point last year: from January to October 2024 rents had increased 3.9%.
