Verified residentReview source: verified residentI've submitted multiple workorder for maintenance issues including a ceiling that appeared to have water damage when I moved in and black mold growing. Disposal doesn't work, toilet keeps running unless I turn off the water between uses, the AC drips no matter how it's used. My neighbor has made life for all around her a nightmare, she is deeply unhinged and while they know about it and say they are working on it she is still there. The parking lot quite literally required 4 wheel drive to navigate to potholes that will murder your axel. Mailboxes are left open either from broken locks or B&E at some point. I SQUARELY BLAME the company that owns this property.
