Definitely cleaner than other places I have lived. My apartment was also very clean when I moved in and there was nothing that didn’t work. It came with all of the amenities I had hoped to find. The management has been super helpful with pretty much every problem I have had and all of my problems were quickly addressed. Matt in the leasing office has gone above and beyond to help in any way he can. Parking is not an issue and my apartment is in a decent spot.

At move out, the move out amount was outrageous and items on the list were items I had already reported and they did not fix.
