    Maintenance requests have been waiting for a month. There's been much change in personnel in management and the poor front desk staff (2 people) cannot keep up with the 300-unit complex. The laundry room is dirty, loud, humid. The pool has been closed and the AC still not working, more than a month after being promised to be turned on.
