Perched on the side of the hill, this corner unit has huge windows on the East and South sides, letting in the beautiful Sherwin and White Mountains, trees and sunshine. Short walk to Canyon Lodge, with superior interior including wood pellet fire place, large dinning/work table, private balcony, fully equipped kitchen, fast Internet, and smart tv in each room. King size bed in master bed room, a queen size bed in the guest bedroom, two sofa beds in the living room. Bathrooms equipped with bidets.
Enjoy your summer and fall in one the prettiest places the nature has to offer by renting this two bedroom fully furnished town house for 6 month. The complex's spa includes the largest hot top in town as well as a dry sauna. I rent this place in winter and spring via Airbnb and receives rave reviews. Michael's place was perfect for our group of six, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. We especially loved the cozy fireplace in the living room it made the space feel warm and inviting! Check-in and parking were a breeze, and the minimal stairs from the car to the doorway were a huge plus. Highly recommend!

Our stay was fantastic! The location is super convenient, just a short distance from Canyon Lodge, making it perfect for our trip. Michael was incredibly easy to communicate with and made the whole process seamless.
As someone who loves to cook, I was pleasantly surprised to find the kitchen pans in excellent condition it made preparing meals so much more enjoyable.

The view is really what sets this place apart. There are unobstructed views as far as the eye can see given its perfectly perched place on the mountain. The complex is quaint, the condo the same. Check in was a breeze on the automated keypad, and parking is right in front for an easy unload. Location is within 5 minutes of everything Mammoth has to offer.

HOA and internet charges are included in the rent. Tenant pays gas and electric charges directly to the utility company.
