Tenants will be enrolled in a “Resident Benefit Package” ($25 per month on top of rental price). Renters insurance is required

All interested parties will be required to submit an application prior to viewing the property. Viewings will be scheduled based on a first submitted and first approved basis. If the property is not selected by the applicant, a refund of their application fee can be refunded or the application can be transferred to another Eagle PM vacancy for up to 60

Application Requirements: All applicants must have a credit score of 650 or higher with no more than 3 collection/negative accounts. Each person over the age of 18 that will reside in the home must apply and qualify. No eviction/tenancy left owing money. Pass a criminal background check. Must have positive rental verification references. Combined household income must be at lease 3x the monthly rent. Co-Signers can be used only to help meet income requirements above. Please note, if your application is denied you are not entitled to a refund.

A $30 pet rent will be applied for each pet (2 max) in addition to a $250 per pet, deposit.
