It was disappointing realizing the trap we got into upon signing the lease and ignoring the reviews and overall low satisfaction score. although the apartment is at a location close to major stores. the management isnt great with keeping their words and maintenance requests can take months including urgent ones. Management gives the same generic response to tenants like we are short staffed, we just hired some one and shall get to you asap. Major cockroach infestation, even after multiple pest control visits, the cockroaches appeared to have been long term "mini tenants" and were not going anywhere. Calls made to the office may at times not be returned promptly and apparently you have to book an appointment at the front desk for a lot of stuff that can be resolved by phone. Unfortunately at this time, i would not recommend this apartment complex unless a lot changes.
My roommate and I this was our first apartment and when I tell you the hell they gave us. The apartment was dirty when we first moved in and the cabinets were just taken from other apartments not cleaned what so ever so every cabinet was dirty and didn’t fit. Our ac was leaking as well as the hot water only worked in one shower so my roommate had to shower in mine, as well our blinds kept breaking. We called them multiple times and they never came to fix it. The place smelt so bad of people’s garbage being left and forgotten outside. They then illegally locked us out of our apartment and we had a nightmare dealing with them and they screwed us over. The manger not once spoke to us and only one guy in the office was actually sweet and helpful. The main people who own the place are in Texas and are actually helpful but had no communication with the manager there. Over all I would 100% not recommend this place out of every ounce in my body. Take your money elsewhere and don’t get screwed over like we did because we were young girls who they took advantage of.
