Maintenance has taken a month to turn the water on so I can make ice in my unit. Parking is tight for a small SUV and the garbage/recycle situation is a concern. Management says they’re working on it. While I love my unit and the location I did have some initial reservations that I’m still hopeful will work themselves out.

The apartments are absolutely beautiful. Management, all the staff are very friendly and, the property is well kept. There is a lot to do here, a beautiful rooftop to relax, booths, nice relaxing chairs, beautiful art on display. There are game room, exercise equipment, elevator, and free coffee and tea whenever you want it. A large room room with a big screen tv to relax and host parties. I love it here. The apartments have all the amenities and the in unit washer and dryer is a plus. Lockers and mailroom for deliveries inside and very secure location. Very close to grocery and shopping.
