Individuals who are not listed as a resident or occupant on the lease are not permitted to use the areas covered by this addendum. Growing plants in these spaces is not allowed. Due to the risk of carbon monoxide, vehicle engines may not be left running inside a garage unless the garage door is fully open to allow proper ventilation. Please review your lease carefully, as additional parking rules may apply beyond those outlined in this adendum. Garage lot, assigned: $175/month.
