The Belmont Apartment Homes

When I moved into my apartment March 1, 2025. There are things that needed to be clean. My washing machine had black mold on the inside. My hot water faucet handle is still broken. My sliding door to my balcony is broken and off the hinge. My son‘s bathroom tub handle is broken. Rain comes through my son‘s bedroom window. I had to ask for the carpets in both bedroom to be clean because there were several nails on the carpet where my son and I had to wear our shoes in the house which I am against wearing shoes in the house. In the master bathroom, the paint in the tub is chipping and there’s rust. The entire building needs to be pressure wash. There are several throughout the breezeways. Management is rarely readily available when you call. there’s all kind of trash in the back of my building along the fence. The grounds needs to be better up kept. Living beside the highway, they should have a sound barrier wall, it can get extremely loud.

Overpriced, filthy, moldy, unsecured, flood unit apartments. Management do not care. They only care about their bonuses they get on getting people into these nasty units
