"This is a PET FRIENDLY two bedroom and one bath, bottom floor of a duplex. This home is NOT eligible for student housing, (LECOM is fine) and has plenty of on-street parking via the corner lot, shared back yard, and THREE (3) porches including a HUGE front porch. The shared basement will have a washer and dryer that we provide that will be for your home as both the 1st floor and 2nd floor have their own laundry set. Additionally, each floor has lockable storage in the basement.
This home is NOT in “downtown” Greensburg but is very close to many attractions while offering a small town/community feel via the corner lot, sidewalks, and majority of the homes in the area being single family homes that are owner occupied. There are a total of five (5) rooms that include a HUGE front living room off the front porch, two (2) bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. The living room features 10' ceilings and great natural light. The kitchen is a little small but can be laid out and designed to the tenant(s) expectations.
