The requirements for renting are:
- No prior eviction history
- Income is equal to 3 times the monthly rent.
- No smoking
First month's rent and security deposit equal to monthly rent due when lease is signed.

Tenants are responsible for all utilities, lawn care, and snow removal.

We do require a full background, credit, criminal, and eviction history.
The fee to apply is $40 for EACH person over the age of 18 that will be living in the home.
