The lease is $950 a month (Heat, sewage and water included) with an $950 deposit. A one-year lease is required. Deposit and first-month rent are due at signing. There will be a rental application that must be filled out by all adults living in the property, app fees will be $40 per adult. The application will check credit soft pull only and will not affect your score and background check. This is non-refundable but will come off the first month's rent. Tenant will pay for garbage once a year and electric bill. Proof of income will also be needed.
