Tenant qualifications: Gross combined income must be roughly 3x times rent amount per month. We check credit (minimum around 600), criminal background, rental/eviction history, and references. There is a $35 application fee per adult tenant (and cosigner, if applicable). All adult tenants (and cosigners) must apply separately, so that we can screen everyone individually.
