Where to begin... we rented an 'Upgraded' unit, but it was never actually finished! So we've spent the first 4mos of our lease having to enter one maintenance work order after another, and things are still not done. The on-site guys are good, but the outside vendors they've been using are TERRIBLE! I could go on and on about how they have screwed up jobs repeatedly, entered our unit WITHOUT our consent or knowledge, left messes behind when they were 'done', etc, etc. The management here at least acknowledged a 'lack of communication' and offered an insulting concession in response - just ridiculous!. All that aside, if you want to pay your rent with a credit card it will cost you an extra $60 for the 'convenience'. Your alternative is to travel to one of their offsite affiliated partners, get some kind of payment voucher, stand on your head, do a backflip, waste more of your time... you get the picture. Oh yeah, the units are old which means single-pane windows, poor/no insulation, dated heaters, so expect your PGE bill to be outrageous, or get used to being cold all the time. There is no AC either, so summer should be a roasty nightmare as well. Do yourself a favor and don't rent here. I took the time to write all this out in the hopes of saving somebody from having the horrible renting experience that we have endured. And don't let the '2 months free' offer fool you, it's not worth it, and if you try to escape this place early, they WILL charge you those extra 2mos for the privilege of leaving.
