Most of our apartments have been renovated and include stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer (free of charge) updated kitchens/bathrooms and 50" HD Smart TV's mounted to the wall in the living room. Additionally, we have over 30 off-street parking spots available in the area. Rent per bedroom ranges from $500-650 (utilities not included). We DO NOT outsource our property management. Instead, we choose to manage our properties in a very 'hands on manner', with a full-time employee who performs property maintenance each week, ensuring all of your issues are handled promptly and professionally.
