• Application Fee: A $65 non-refundable application fee is required. Note: Submitting the application fee, does not mean your approved, it just means, our support team will verify all your info and will give you a feedback.
Tenants Responsibilities:
• Energy and Gas bill in unit.
• Additional Bills like Internet, Cable TV, Security Camera, etc.
• Keep the unit in clean and sanitary conditions.
• Snow removal.
• Water, Sewer & trash Bills.

• Section 8 accepted: We accept Section 8 voucher; however, the voucher’s holder must pass the minimum credit score criteria (No Exceptions) and a background will be run for all adults who will live in the property.
Pet’s Information:
We Love our pets, and they are considered part of our families. They are welcome to our properties; however next rules apply:
• Pet’s Vaccination Records required with your application.
• Medium Pets Only (35 Pounds max).
• Max of two (02) pets.
• Pet’s Deposit: $500 Pet’s Deposit required per pet ($250 Non-refundable and $250 refundable at the end of the lease).
• Pet’s Rent: $50 per pet as monthly pet rent is required.
Pet Details: We welcome pets! However, to ensure a comfortable and clean environment for all residents, please note the following pet policy:
Pet Types & Size: Cats and dogs are allowed, with a maximum of two pets per unit.
Pet Fees: An additional pet security deposit fee of $500 per pet is required upon move-in. Monthly pet rent is $50 per pet.
Breed Restrictions: Certain dog breeds may be restricted for safety and insurance purposes. Please inquire for more details.
Pet Conduct: Pets must be well-behaved, non-aggressive, and not cause excessive noise or damage.
