Verified residentReview source: verified residentExcellent location, close to main avenues and shops. Well-maintained common areas. However, parking is difficult at certain times, and there's no on-site security, nor do they enforce community rules regarding noise and littering within the buildings—but that's each resident's responsibility. Management doesn't seem to have complete control, and for the price, there are better options.
