    We were not aware of.Back of our apartment Railing by steps, Because we came from Massachusetts.I said and never seen those pictures. We were coming in with the dog for emotional support, And?We cannot sit outside and enjoy the backyard, Due to our dog's leash gets all caught up in the railing. Someone has to constantly stay by the railing For when he keeps getting caught up and twisted around it. If we?Would have known about this prior, We would have.Not got the apartment. My.Dog is part of the family, And I would like to see him enjoy the backyard also. Thank you!
