Please apply before seeing, due to Covid (your fee is not charged until you say to start processing). Please check our website for information on approval criterion.
We require 1st, last and deposit before move in.
Quarterly garden help is offered. You are expected to mow, water and weed. Also there is a water softener to keep topped up with salt. The heat pumps have an easy to clean filter. Septic system requires care in usage.
