The application fee is $50 and each adult age 18+ MUST fill out a separate application. If you are accepted you must take possession of the property within 30 calendar days or it will be put back on the market and your application fee forfeited.
In addition to your rent amount, tenants pay an additional $45 per month for our Tenant Benefit Package which includes:
-free utility set up concierge
-online payment and repair request platform accessible 24/7
-24/7 repair phone line
-free HVAC filter delivery
-Tenant Liability insurance as required by lease
-Credit reporting for on-time rent payments
-Tenant rewards system
This charge will be included in your monthly charges and is due on the 1st with rent. You may opt out of the insurance portion with proper documentation of a qualifying policy.
MILITARY DISCOUNT: Active duty military get 1/2 off your security deposit.
PETS - Pets are accepted on a per property/case by case basis. In all cases where pets are accepted, they must be at least 1 yr of age and there is a STRICT limit of 2 pets per property. The fees/deposits will vary for each property.
