AppFolio Stack™ expands that relationship by introducing Apartment List's pay-per-lease advertising model. While Premium Listings gives customers access to Apartment List through a pay-per-lead model, Stack adds a new, performance-based option that customers can discover and enroll in directly through the Stack Marketplace.
This strengthens an existing relationship in a way that better serves AppFolio customers. It does not replace anything they use today, and it adds another path alongside Premium Listings.

The full integration is still being built. Once it is complete, AppFolio customers will be able to discover, enroll in, and activate Apartment List's pay-per-lease solution without leaving the AppFolio Performance Platform. That means a simpler path to getting started:
