APPLICATION FEE:  $25 per adult applicant covers credit check, criminal background check and eviction check.  Each resident over the age of 18 must submit a separate rental application.  Please be prepared to pay the application fee as outlined in the property listing.  In addition to completing the rental application, you will also be required to provide 1) a copy of a valid form of identification, 2) proof of monthly income, 3) three years of residential history as well as contact information for your rental references. Please note that most properties require that applicant combined take-home pay (net income) is at least four (4) times the monthly rent amount. 

IMPORTANT NOTICE:  Upon approval of your application, we will send you a copy of our Residential Lease which would need to be signed, and all required rents and deposits must be paid within 48 hours.  If said funds are not remitted within 48 hours, then the Residential Lease will automatically rescind, and your offer of tenancy will no longer be approved; thus, we will continue processing other applicants.  IN SUMMARY, IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ALL THE REQUIRED FUNDS AVAILABLE, you should reconsider completing this application as we cannot hold any property while move-in funds are gathered.

You also have the option of paying by an electronic cash payment at 7-Eleven stores, CVS Pharmacies, Family Dollar stores or at ACE Express locations. Ask us for a handout with more details. In addition to paying your rent online, you will be able to submit maintenance requests and view your account balance - 24/7.
