The price for the location is not worth it. The location is great but you're paying an arm and leg for mediocre stuff. Maintenance comes in almost every month to do "routine" checks and then never show up to the scheduled time. It has happened twice where they claim to come in at a set date and time, you wait for hours, and they never show up. There has been issues of payments online and the fees when paying online is nearly $20.00
