Sugar Run at New Albany: Roomy and full of amenities, this complex in Fodor has all you need to stay in shape, get things done, and rest in comfort. Choose among large one to three bedroom homes.

Berkeley Park at New Albany: These one- and two-bedroom townhouses feature attached garages. Also in Fodor, this community has a pool and is near a 22-mile long path.
