Apartment had very nice, quality updates in 2021 that included new appliances, kitchen cabinets, granite countertop, windows, flooring, and fixtures. Spacious room in the basement is connected to, and part of, 1st floor which can be used as a large bedroom and/or office space with its own bathroom and 2 entry/exit points. There is also a storage closet in separate area of the basement allocated to 1st floor tenants. The water and sewer costs are split between Apt 1, Apt 2, and Landlord. Lease includes 1 parking spot.
