• Master Bathroom: Vanity, walk-in shower.

• Guest Bedroom 1: 1 set of twin bunk beds , ceiling fan

• Guest Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed

• Guest Bathroom: Vanity, shower/tub combo.

• Stackable Washer and dryer (located in the master bedroom

• Deck: Access from the living room and master bedroom. Man-cave deck with TV, high top chairs, ceiling fan, fire pit, swim hot tub and additional bench seating, outdoor shower

Parking:
• Parking for a maximum of 3 vehicles

• Parking is monitored by property management. Please adhere to parking rules.

The Area: Surf City is located in the heart of Topsail Island. Rent paddleboards, kayaks, fishing gear, and much more just two blocks away at Herrings Outdoor Sports. Multiple grocery stores, gas stations, etc located within a few minutes. A local favorite, Shaka Taco is just under a mile walk or 4 min. drive, along with other restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques.

The Olive Branch is available for monthly reservations in the offseason (mid-Sept to mid-May). Paper goods and any specialty items are NOT provided and would need to be brought with you or bought once you arrive on the island.
