If you're going to take your hunt here, you'll have apartment complexes, buildings, and medium-sized family homes as the common residential options. The City Center is home to Belgrade Middle School and High School, Prescott Park, Mountain View Park, Lewis and Clark Park, as well as several shops, businesses, and diners.
Cowan: Located south of the City Center, farms and mobile houses are a common sight in this neighborhood. It has a wealth of newly constructed rental apartments and single detached homes for renters. Ridge View Elementary School and Central Valley Fire Training Facility are just some of the notable establishments in this area.
Springhill / Sedan: Wanna know what it feels like living in a remote area, with the Rockies in your backyard? Visitors from all over Montana flock to this venue and root for their respective teams during a major state athletic event.
If you like the adrenaline-pumping action of car racing, The Gallatin Speedway, located near the airport, would be your local hang-out. This is where daredevils show what they've got for the annual stock car racing event.
For more sedate event, The Belgrade Fall Festival is on the list of every resident's calendar. This 39-year old tradition consists of an open barbecue party, parade, as well as arts and crafts fair. But of course, if you want some time away from it all, you get to choose where to wander: the bustling Bozeman or the remote mountains.
