There is a refundable deposit of $300 if building does not incur any damage during move in. The condo association requires 1 week advance notice to approve leases. A 72 hour advance notice is required to reserve the elevator. Move ins are allowed on Monday thru Friday 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Only bonded and insured moving companies are permitted with proof of documentation. The association must be listed.
