UTILITIES:

RENT:
*SPRING SPECIAL: $100 OFF THE FIRST 3 MONTHS!* Rent is $1,295 for a lease ending Summer of 2025 or $1,245 for a lease ending Spring/Summer of 2026 with the possibility to renew. **If you need a specific lease term, please reach out to discuss our options.**
