Screening includes credit report, and national criminal background check, bankruptcy, eviction, and rental history. Credit should be 650 or higher. Proof of income must show a combined income of 2.5 X the rent.

Prior to move in, Tenant must pay first month rent of $2,700.00 + Deposit of $2,700.00 for a total of $5,400.00.
