Each Tenant who will be residing in the condo, 18 and older, must fill out a free Rental Application. The next step will be the Tenant Screening and will include a non refundable $34.95 fee for each adult (18+ years old) who will be residing in the home. Screening includes credit report, and national criminal background check, bankruptcy, eviction, and rental history. Credit should be 650 or higher. Proof of income must show a combined income of 2.5 X the rent.

Prior to move in, Tenant must pay first month rent of $2,700.00 + Deposit of $2,700.00 for a total of $5,400.00.

1 year lease preferred.
No smoking is allowed in the condo or on the premises of Elima Lani.
