Please note:
1. Air conditioners are not allowed in complex because electricity is included in AOAO fee. However, this unit typically stays very cool. The main windows face the trade winds (North-East), and if you leave the bathroom window open, you get good cross breeze. There is no afternoon sun.
2. This building has a resident manager who does enforce house rules for the enjoyment of all residents. For the most part tenants and owners here are quiet and respectful. This is an end unit, so there is only one neighbor adjacent to this unit.
3. Considerable expense and time went into modernizing this apartment in 2024. There have been two tenants since then. We are looking for someone who is respectful, clean, and will take care of the unit.
4. You must have renter's insurance which costs about $15-$25 a month
5. Complex does not allow pets and this is strictly enforced by the Resident Manager
