    The upkeep of the property could be better. It takes forever for maintenance to get anything done. A lot of the aesthetics of the apartment are very sloppy, unattractive, and done in an unfinished, unacceptable manner. Management takes a week or longer to respond to emails and is hardly in the office. The floors feel like they are going to cave in if you step too hard and the vinyl flooring is cheap and cheaply done. It peels and if something is heavy it leaves dents in the floor.
