Home sleeps 4 couples or up to 8 guests including the convertible couch in the side living room. The fully stocked kitchen blends stone, steel and wood elements seamlessly and features a wine cooler and stainless steel Viking brand stainless steel appliances with a matching farm-style sink. Just around the corner, you can devour delicious homecooked meals at the lodge pole dining table for four. Claiming the opposite corner is a wood-carved wet bar with seating for 3. Flow effortlessly into an island of comfy leather couches and exposed beams and then another as you cross this spacious room. Don't worry the TV is large enough to be seen no matter your choice of seat although I vote for the one closest to the wood-burning fireplace. This space will be unoccupied during the ski lease. • If use of the hot tub is not desired, it could be winterized and made unavailable during the ski lease (savings average $100/month). • Monthly housekeeping services included (2 hours per month) • Renter's Insurance required for duration of the ski lease term. • Snow Plow Contract to be obtained by Owner once lease is signed.
