Everything you need is within walking distance such as great dining at Millers Seafood, bike and surf board rentals are a few doors down, great fun at the newly opened Pleasure Pier with many great games & rides, Historic downtown is right down the street full of the hottest bars, clubs, wine bars, restaurants, site seeing on foot horse drawn carriages and local bike runners.

The property is furnished and has a full kitchen. Linens and towels are provided

The maximum number of guests is limited to 8 people with 2 additional guests at $25.00/night

Check-in is 3:00 p.m. on the date you choose.

Minimum Stay: This property requires a 2 night minimum stay. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If a rental is taken for less than 2 days, the guest will be charged a higher fee if approved by the owners. Advertised rates are subject to change depending on demand during holidays, peak season, and special events.

A deposit of $350.00 and a $75.00 non-refundable cleaning fee is due when reserving the unit.

The deposit is for security and shall be refunded within 7-14 days of the Checkout Date provided no deductions are made due to:

i. Damage to the property or furnishings;
ii. Dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning; or
iii. Any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guests stay.

If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the deposit will be refunded as follows:

50% if cancelled 31 days prior to the Check-in Date
0% if cancelled 30 days or less prior to the Check-in Date
If cancelled 30 days or less prior to Check-in date deposit and
cleaning fee to hold reservation are forfeited
