This is a fantastic house in a wonderful neighborhood. Del Norte is a welcoming subdivision with a community pool located in Greenville County's most coveted school district. This is a 1,750 square foot brick home with hardwood floors and a huge level yard. The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and hosts an open floorplan which creates a very spacious feel. There are hardwood floors throughout most of the home along with a large formal dining area, a sitting room, home office, and a private laundry room. The home has a 2 car garage and is located within walking distance to the community pool.

Once the tenant takes possession of the property, $150 of the Non-Refundable Reservation Fee is applied to the Lease Administration Fee and the remaining balance of the Non-Refundable Reservation Fee is applied to the Security Deposit.

SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT: Security Deposits are typically equal to the monthly rent amount less the $150 Lease Administration Fee. However, in cases where there are more perceived risks due to credit, income, rental history, etc., the Landlord reserves the right to require a higher security deposit.

RESIDENT BENEFITS PACKAGE: In addition to the monthly rent, there is an additional $30 monthly charge that helps cover the cost of a filter subscription service, Master Insurance Policy featuring $100,000 in Liability Coverage and $20,000 in Tenant Personal Contents Coverage, 24/7 Maintenance Coordination, Free Online Rental Payments, Tenant Portal Access, Online Move-In Inspection Reports, Rental Verifications, and 14 Hour/Day/7 Days/Week Staffing Center.
