Apartment List at AIM 2026: A Look Back at Huntington Beach

Apartment List attended AIM 2026 in Huntington Beach, California the week of May 5, 2026.
The conference brought together operators, ownership groups, technology partners, and industry leaders for a week of conversations about where the rental market is headed next. Across sessions, meetings, and partner conversations, a few themes kept coming up: lead quality, renter engagement, attribution, operational efficiency, and the growing role of AI across the leasing journey.
For Apartment List, the week was an opportunity to spend real time with the people we serve: clients, prospects, and partners across the multifamily industry.
What the Apartment List Team Did at AIM 2026
Our team connected with prospects and partners throughout the week, from the Apartment List tent and onstage sessions to lunches, dinners, and one-on-one meetings. Those conversations gave us a clearer view into what multifamily teams are prioritizing right now, and where the industry is looking for better answers.
AIM also reinforced something simple: in-person time still matters.
Some of the most useful moments happened outside the scheduled sessions, in the conversations between meetings, the questions asked over lunch, and the candid feedback shared across the table. That kind of time together helps us better understand what operators need, what partners are solving for, and where Apartment List can continue to show up with more value.
We’re grateful to everyone who stopped by, sat down with us, shared what they’re seeing in the market, or helped make the week in Huntington Beach one to remember.
