The Space

The kitchen is big enough for everyone to join in. Non-cooking sous chefs can watch & eat at the counter stools. Theres a round table on the sun porch and a formal table with room for 10 - 12.

Outside (back), by the pool, a bar-b-que grill, dining table for 6 with umbrella. Lounge chairs (at least 4) plus plenty of seating. 4-decks ( side - with umbrella, chairs) front - has space for chairs, 2nd floor - water view.) responsible garden, with herbs already planted for you.

Indoors: First floor: 3 bedrooms, one adjacent to the sun-porch for added privacy, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and formal dining room.

Second floor: Master suite includes bedroom, bathroom w/jacuzzi with private gallery with daybed and sofa and 2nd floor deck.

Finished Basement: Home theater - huge screen, plus bar, washer/dryer, bonus bedroom and bath.

Gardens: friendly garden by pool. Yard: grape arbor, massive lawn, all trimmed in flowers and set behind high privet hedge.

TVs - everywhere, with VCRs and Blue ray. Sound - awesome.

Stereo - music inside and outside.

Parking: Bricked car park not visible from driveway.

About fees: Utilities, garbage pick up, garden, pool care all part of the package. (Caveat: if you want pool heated, add $75/day. It takes a full day for the pool to heat up and then it stays warm for several days. Happy to discuss details on this.)
