Verified residentReview source: verified residentWhen I moved in, Nobody did a walk through with us. Over that weekend we found so many things that need to be fixed. The one thing that really drives me crazy is my daughter has to stand against the wall to hold the carpet down while I vacuum. Our carpet was just placed down. It was never tacked down. Whoever painted this place did the worst job imaginable. Spackle stuff never sanded it, just painted over it. In my one bathroom there’s actually balls of hair that’s painted over. With all the humidity that we’ve had and the heat there’s a room that has my hot water tank and stuff in well it’s like a rainforest it’s raining from the ceiling of the room from the condensation. Parking spots don’t even get me started on them. There’s times I don’t get home from work till two 3 o’clock in the morning.
