“Pool is in description but there isn't one. Hallways smell musty and windows could use a cleaning I don't mind no dishwasher but air conditioner is in bedroom closet?? I don't get any use out of it I've had maintenance man twice because my toilet seat is crooked. He is not a very nice person. Abrupt and rude I see lots of patching, paint splatters, tops of cabinets with all sorts of residue and the drawers in kitchen all have gaps, don't close tightly. Sounds like a lot of gripes but you have to live where you can afford( barely). The ladies in the office are super the grounds are maintained but need butt canisters placed by doors for smokers lots of butts near parking area. I have met one neighbor very nice I don't hear any noise and no toys or dog poo on lawn. I love my little place but wish I could have afforded the up graded one. I take care of my son who has had some mental and physical illnesses so we resorted to a rollaway bed for him. I love that I can look out the windows and see grass and trees and no trash blowing around , I feel safe here and the coded entry is a plus. I would like my door to be stained it has lots of ugly scratches. You wanted honesty and I don't want to seem picky and ungrateful but I only say what I see and can comment on.”
