Because Hot Springs Village is a gated community with a Homeowners Association, every resident is required to pay a monthly or annual fee for living there. In addition, residents are required to abide by the community's rules and regulations, which include stipulations on noise, landscaping, trash removal and more. In return for abiding by these regulations, residents are treated to resort-like living with a private golf course, opportunities to join a multitude of community clubs and much more. In an effort to appeal to many buyers, Hot Springs Village offers everything from single family homes to rental properties to condominiums. Because the application process for home ownership can be extensive, it is best to apply well in advance of when you expect to move.
Given that it is a growing community, homes in Hot Springs Village are constantly being constructed. Furthermore, because the community was only established in 1970, none of the homes come with aches, pains and problems associated with a turn of the century or older house. Homes are clustered together; however, because of the community amenities residents often call neighbors their best friends. Here's a look at the most popular places to live in Hot Springs Village.
Paron / Reform: In reality, there's really no such thing as the wrong or bad neighborhood in Hot Springs Village. Paron tends to offer more property rentals and apts for rent in Hot Springs Village; however, nearly every house is well maintained.
