My low rating is due to the problems with the unit since I moved in. It seems like they rushed to get someone in the unit was ready for a proper move in. I'd be happy to share in more detail if contacted.

The place is sold inside. Every thing was falling down and maintenance kept repainting and the paint was falling off. The wood floor smells really bad. We did everything and don’t get me started on roaches and mosquitoes.
